Hailey Kleinhans is the owner and operator of Capitol Floats - Auburn and now Capitol Floats, Sacramento. Our conversation ranged from getting out of your comfort zone, to the benefits of floating, to learning to admit ignorance. Hailey has a business owner perspective that a lot of us would be familiar with, learning everything from salt water systems to drywall to marketing and design, just to make sure your business gets off the ground.
Check out her website and schedule a float!
